Refund and Returns Policy

At Human Podium, we are committed to providing value through our sponsorship and promotion services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. Please review our Refund Policy for Sponsorship and Promotion services below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for sponsorships or promotional services are generally not offered once a campaign, event, or service has been launched or executed. However, under the following circumstances, a refund may be considered:

– Service Error or Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as described in the sponsorship or promotional agreement.

– Cancellation by Us: If we cancel the sponsorship or promotional activity due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or any other reasons on our end.

– Force Majeure: In the event of extraordinary circumstances (such as natural disasters, strikes, etc.), which prevent the promotion or sponsorship from proceeding as planned, we may consider a partial or full refund based on the situation.

2. No Refunds After Activation

Once a sponsorship or promotion has begun (e.g., content has been published, ads have been run, or an event has started), no refunds will be issued, regardless of the level of participation, unless there has been a clear failure to deliver the contracted services.

3. Refund Requests and Process

To request a refund, please contact us at accounts@humanpodium.com with the following information:

– Order or sponsorship agreement number.

– A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

– Any supporting documents (e.g., proof of non-delivery, screenshots, etc.).

Refund requests must be made within 30days from the date of purchase or initiation of the service. Requests made after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, if part of the sponsorship or promotion was delivered and part was not, a partial refund may be considered. The decision will be based on the scope of work completed and the agreement terms.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

– If the sponsor or promoter changes their mind after the campaign has started.

– If the sponsor fails to provide the necessary materials or information in a timely manner, causing delays or a failure to complete the promotion.

– If the sponsor or promoter does not adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement.

– If the sponsorship or promotion was delivered as described in the agreement, even if the results were not as expected.

6. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10–14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. All updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We recommend you review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
